As part of the event management, we process your data for the following specific purposes: In accordance with Article 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR for the event organization and execution (registration data). We process your data for the duration of the fulfillment of contractual services, maintenance of customer relations, for the documentation of the event and in the context of our press and public relations work as well as for the invitation for future events. Information about audiovisual recordings
During the event, photos and videos will be created that will be used for documentation, reporting, and promotion of further events. These images/recordings are associated with the pictorial representation of people present. The selection of persons is purely coincidental. By entering the event area / event space or registering for the event, the consent of the person present to the gratuitous publication in the specified manner is automatically given without the need for an explicit confirmation by the person concerned. If the person concerned in individual cases does not agree with the publication, we ask for immediate notification of the event manager.
