Philipp Grams

Briefly outline your professional career.

Abitur (German high school diploma), after that I had a strong interest in musical acoustics, so I studied Electrical Engineering because of the acoustics (technical acoustics) – I found that very interesting.

How come you joined MBBM-VAS?

For my bachelor thesis I carried out measurements in technical acoustics at Müller-BBM (calibration laboratory), thus the contact was established, and I then started as a working student.

Why did you want to write your master thesis at MBBM-VAS?

Through my work student activity, the contact had been established, and I had the opportunity to study  the topic.

What distinguishes MBBM-VAS as a special employer?

The participation in the company and the feeling of belonging that I already knew from my working student job.

What distinguishes your work at MBBM-VAS and what makes it unique?

The combination of technical and social competence and a balanced mix of customer contact and technical issues.

Which skills do you consider particularly important in your work?

Responsible, sustainable and problem-oriented action is important for the company and its customers.

Which highlight or project can you remember particularly well?

The first experiences with customers on site. The self-responsible presentation of technical solutions up to the first sales successes.

What do you like to do outside of work?

Outdoor-activities–music/concerts–technical affinity (home network, consumer electronics).
