For projects in which we provide software to our customers as Software as a Service (SaaS), the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS), GTC Software as a Service, and the Data Processing Addendum apply.

Furthermore, we commit ourselves and our suppliers to comply with the AS13100 and SABRe standards.
