Leading manufacturer for HV-safe, highly accurate and mobile measuring tools as well as data acquisition systems.
Flexible, precise and reliable measurement technology
CSM offers its partners and customers a complete portfolio of measurement systems, measurement modules and consulting by first-rate experts for development tasks in electromobility.
The product portfolio includes fast XCP, EtherCAT® and conventional CAN measurement modules for the (HV-safe) acquisition of various measurement variables: current, voltage, temperatures, sensor voltages and many more. The measurement modules have been designed for demanding use in mobile applications and can be used equally well on the test bench and in road tests.
The product range is rounded off by a comprehensive range of sensor and connection cables as well as data loggers.
Mobile, combined NVH and HV-measurements
By networking CSM measurement modules for recording current, voltage, and power in the HV on-board network of modern electric vehicles and recording acoustic signals, a simple correlation of acoustic and electrical phenomena is made possible.
The CSM measurement modules continuously stream data to the PAK live.hub via a software add-on, which in turn provides all data for analysis in real time. This makes it possible to investigate various issues with just one lean measurement setup and to accelerate testing processes in the long term.
ADDED VALUE FOR THE CLIENT
Fast, mobile measurement with robust measurement technology for validation of acoustic and power phenomena.
High-voltage-safe, PTP-synchronous data acquisition of analog and digital measurement variables with up to 1 MHz sampling rate directly at the relevant sources
Decentralized, compact measurement setup for reliable data acquisition, especially in confined installation spaces and harsh environments
Current, voltage, and power measurement in the electrical powertrain with synchronized NVH analysis for correlating acoustic and electrical phenomena
Increased value creation around measurement data through context-related engineering
With synchronous acquisition of NVH and performance data on the powertrain, it is possible to take a holistic view of development issues and efficiently address conflicting goals between acoustics and performance.
