Mixed Signal Power Analyzer
DEWETRONs DEWE3-PA8 Mixed Signal Power Analyzer is the ultimate solution for precise power analysis, delivering a consistently low measurement error of just 0.03%. The Power Analyzer ensures the highest accuracy — even when operating at low range utilization.
The DEWE3-PA8 provides up to 16 power channels within a single chassis. With the intuitive OXYGEN software, a 11.6” touch display, and interchangeable TRION measurement modules, it can be easily configured for any measurement setup. Up to eight current transducers can be redundantly powered through the Power Analyzer.
The in-house OXYGEN software transmits both raw data (current/voltage) and the calculated e-Power parameters to the PAK live.hub, where they are combined with the NVH data.

Use Case: Noise and vibration analysis (NVH)
For measuring vibrations and noise, three components are essential: Sensors to capture the signals (including pressure, sound, acceleration, or vibration sensors), a data acquisition system to record the sensor data, and an analysis system to process and interpret it.
Due to the many influencing factors in NVH analysis, it is crucial that all three components operate precisely and reliably. To ensure this, DEWETRON has entered into a cooperation with Müller-BBM VibroAkustik Systeme, offering a fully integrated turnkey solution that combines e-NVH and e-Power measurements.
DEWETRON Power Analyzers are connected to the data stream of NVH systems via the PAK live.hub. The measurement data is available in real time and fully time-synchronized. This allows electrical quantities as well as power and efficiency values of e-motors to be directly correlated with NVH data such as housing vibrations and emitted noise.
