Personnel Changes in the Management
New responsibilities for Andreas Ansorge and Per Pildner von Steinburg.

Andreas Ansorge has resigned from his position as Managing Director as of May 31, 2023, for personal reasons and will take on new responsibilities within the company. The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board would like to thank Andreas Ansorge for his many years of successful service to Müller-BBM VibroAkustik Systeme.
Per Pildner von Steinburg has been appointed as his successor in the management. He has joined the management of MBBM-VAS with effect from June 1, 2023.
Per Pildner von Steinburg has been employed at Müller-BBM VibroAkustik Systeme for the past 20 years and has extensive experience in product development and sales. Most recently, he was responsible for product development in the area of smart data networks. In addition to development and sales, his responsibilities on the management board also include the organizational development of the company.
With the appointment of Per Pildner von Steinburg to the management board, Müller-BBM is consistently continuing on its journey in the digital transformation of the company. The Executive Board and Supervisory Board wish Per Pildner von Steinburg every success in his new role.
